NCI PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed Aluminium Conductor Cables to IEC 60502-1 at 0.6/1 kV are manufactured by National Cables Industry, Sharjah UAE, with ESMA certification. Available in 1-core, 2-core, 3-core, and 4-core configurations in both unarmoured and armoured (SWA/STA) variants, these cables offer a cost-effective alternative to copper conductor cables for large-scale power distribution, overhead feed circuits, and infrastructure projects where weight and material cost are key considerations.
The aluminium conductor range starts from 16mm² (the minimum for aluminium conductors as per IEC standards) and extends to 630mm² for single-core and up to 500mm² for multicore. Round stranded (rm) and round stranded compacted (rmc) conductors are used, with sectoral stranded (sm) for larger multicore sizes.
