NCI 2-Core PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed Copper Cable with Steel Wire Armour (SWA) conforms to BS 6346 at 0.6/1 kV. Manufactured in Sharjah by National Cables Industry — ESMA and BASEC certified — this two-core armoured cable is the preferred choice for power distribution in commercial buildings, infrastructure projects, and industrial installations across the UAE.
Available in a wide range from 1.5mm² to 300mm², the cable uses round stranded (rm) conductors for small-to-medium sizes and sectoral stranded (sm) conductors for larger cross-sections, optimising packing density and current capacity. Double-layered PVC insulation and outer sheath combined with steel wire armouring provide excellent protection against mechanical damage, moisture ingress, and rodent attack.
