The Top Cable TOPWELD H01N2-D is a harmonized, extra-flexible rubber welding cable specially engineered for transmitting high currents between welding generators and electrodes in professional and industrial welding operations. Built to EN 50525-2-81 / IEC 60245 and rated 100/100V, this cable’s outstanding flexibility is its defining feature — it prevents knot formation during use, protecting the internal conductor from fatigue-related breakage and dramatically extending service life compared to standard welding cables. The Class D (extra-flexible) electrolytic copper conductor ensures maximum conductivity alongside true flexibility, while the flexible rubber outer sheath delivers excellent resistance to chemicals, greases, and mineral oils that are ever-present in welding environments. With a maximum service temperature of 85°C, a minimum of -20°C (mobile use), and a short-circuit temperature tolerance of 250°C, the TOPWELD handles the thermal demands of continuous professional welding. Certified with CE, HAR, AENOR, SASO (Saudi Arabia), and RoHS, it meets both Gulf regional and European safety standards. Water resistance (AD3 sprays), AG2 medium impact resistance, and meter-by-meter cable marking complete a package designed for the toughest shop floor environments.
